LOL I bet! take some pictures of it and your set up if you get a chance <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
I've got a two carboy set up right now. One carboy is 6.5 gallons, the other is 5. It's a great setup as it allows me to do a lot especially when it comes to primary and secondary fermentation. Or, I can brew two batches simultaniously.
I brew everything up in a 5 gallon stainless steel pot. Stainless is great because it makes cleaning oh so easy. I've also got a giant stainless spoon that I use to stir everything up.
I'm slowly switching over to an all stainless and glass set up. Right now my air locks are plastic, but that will change.
I'm not into keging my beer so I bottle it. I've got roughly 5 cases worth of bottles. So I'm good for about 3 batches at once. If I purchase beer like Sams Adams, Flying Dog etc... I keep the bottles as I can clean them and reuse them. I used a press bottle capper to seal everything up.
There are a few more pieces of equipment that I want to purchase such as a wort chiller, and a few other things if I start to get into all grain batches.
Peace
Jerry
