New firearm- Glock 19X...I was interested in the new 19x and really liked it when I checked it out in a couple of stores. Surprised me b/c the 19 did a big old nothing for me.

Got to put the first 150 rounds through it today and was surprised I shot pretty well with it.

and with the target that was less than 50 feet...which is still pretty good for me...

I'm liking it! Feels pretty good, I like the capacity and I think it's as good looking as a Glock is going to get! I will say the recoil impulse is better for me than the CZ P10C and maybe the trigger too...

Way to go Rich. Seems like you are trying to corner the gun market up there. Good for you!

Cool Iím looking to set up a 19x for centerfire biathlons. Comp and a RMR would be perfect.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has (or is still in the process of) transitioning from the .40 Glock to the model 17 9mm. I handled a Gen 5 yesterday morning and the difference between that and my Gen 2 is night and day. The 5 felt nice.

I've got a Gen 3 Glock 19. Some love the finger grooves, some hate them. I personally love the way it fits my hand, and have no plans on changing it out for a newer model.

I bought my first Glock a few weeks ago. I went to LEO supply shop and saw a G35 on the counter. I was wanting a long slide pistol but didn't want to spend long slide money. Since unsteady have a Sub2000 in 40SW that takes these mags I went ahead and snagged the used 35 with 5 mags. It'll likely be hunting, hiking, and sort of a "truck gun" setup with the S2K.

It only took 25 years for men to finally buy a Glock.

I think this is a Gen3 with the finger grooves. I guess my hands have changed because I could not stand the way Glocks felt. I haven't shot it yet but this one seems okay. It's no M&P or CZ though.

Had the 19x out again and still really liking it. I have a bladetech owb holster now and practiced with it some.

I could totally see this as a great duty gun. I may upgrade the sights to a Wilson Vickers Tactical...all black rear and night sight up front

Righ, may not be your cup of tea, but check out the XS Sight Systems Express sights. V notch rear and a glowing ball front. I have used them and have a set on my Sig .40 AND LOVE THEM! Scary fast. Just "dot the I"
