Two days ago I ordered that slide back plate for my G48. Got an email today that it has shipped! Man I'm stoked. As I said, the owners are a married couple that are both Vets. Come to find out Her Father in law is the owner of Spartan Blades! So I am very confident that this will be a very high quality piece.

It looks like I'm about to buy another cell phone.

I'm a bit of a tech guy at times. I once spent about $600 on a cell phone back in 06' so I get it. But $1300 for a phone?!?! I can't see it. My problem is that the new phones arr only about this )( much better than the model that's one year older. By the time you actually use the new features the phone isn't dated lol.. And one year you can buy that same for less than half the price. These phones are only really at their best for about 3-4 years anyways.

My current phone was 2-3 years old 2 years ago. I'm only replacing it because I had a tool in my pocket that cracked the screen. I then somehow cracked it even more so now the screen is bleeding in the cracks.

None of the new phones I like that arr outside of the normal stuff like Apple and Samsung will even work with Verizon.

Finally able to find some defense ammo. Gold Dot 124gr +P. 200 round case. Man, prices have gone up since I bought my last batch of "Duty" ammo.

Well they cancelled my order, for the 124gr Federal HST, Citing a pricng error. Still not up for sale again yet. Soooo I got some HELO ammo made by NPA. I Hope it will be OK. If not at least it will beat ball ammo. I would rather have 124gr but 115 is kinda the industry standard for 9mm. And to kinda quote Doug Marcada, it will shoot. &
Mam, it’s easier to find a Publishers Clearing House winner than it is to find 9mm duty ammo.

Thats a bummer. My 10mm ammo order was cancelled as well. Check out Bone FRog Gun club and GT distributors for ammo. Both are solid companies and they don't price gouge.

LOL, I tried. Keep on both of them. I was able to get a couple boxes of Gold Dot from GT last month. Ammo is really hard to find in stock anywhere.

I picked up a few more 1 pound canisters of propane for my camp stoves and oven.
