If we can make it to next weekend we will be OK; supposed to get above freezing then. We haven't had a cold spell like this one for several years!

Well our “storm” last night fizzled. Maybe got 3/4 inch. Took the pup out, 4 degrees and snowing like crazy! Been goin on for about 45 minutes and already got an inch or just a tad more of crunchy snow.

It's a regular heatwave this morning. It's 22 degrees. I'm grateful my wife's car and my truck started up with no issues this morning. It was -16 last night. The block heater on the truck worked better than I remembered. My grid heater didn't need to warm up to start it up. It usually does if it's in less than 40 outside. I'm hoping that's the last of that kind of cold for the year.

We are setting on about 3-3.5 inched of dry, thankfully, snow now. Still snowing.
