AIIEEE!!! The only time I was in Louisiana was in 1976, but I sure loved the food - make that CUISINE!!! That is where I learned to love turtle soup, among other delicious foods. Before Katrina hit, I used to tell my wife that I wanted to take a vacation there. Now, it's a different story. Turtle soup at Brennan's, redfish at Gallatoire's, oh man that food was great!

Where I am, the closest town (3 miles away) is so small it doesn't have a post office. The only establishment is a bar. Nothin' to do around here but drink and farm, farm and drink. There’s corn where there shouldn’t be, and not all those corn rows are straight. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> The bar is somewhat famous though. People come from all over the state to go there for some reason. Sounds like a place I need to come and visit!
