The CRK's & Umnumzaan's are super nice knives.

Someday I may end up getting a tanto Umnumzaan like my buddy has, its super smooth and well worth the money.

I have a Zann and plain 21 as well. The Zann is probably my pick but that 25 is catching up. I have just not used the 21 to make a judgement.

I just picked up an interesting new knife. It's a Ganzo G729, a Chinese copy of a Spyderco PM2 but with an AXIS lock. I don't usually buy knock-off's, but this one looked interesting enough to throw $20 at.
It has good lock-up, great feel in the hand and fit and finish are almost as good as my Spyderco's. Overall I'm pleased with it, and I'll carry it some to see how it handles day to day stuff.

Good to hear- but never breathe a word about it on BF- a few people will castigate you endlessly for buying it.

I saw that when I was researching it. A friend of mine bought one and loves it. He has dozens of Benchmades, and has started carrying this one almost exclusively. That says a lot to me.

You're right. I thought it was funny to read all the posts where people were saying that Ganzo was no good because they ripped off Benchmade's axis lock. But the facts were that in the first place, Benchmade did not invent the axis lock, they licensed it and in the second place, that patent had expired. So Ganzo had done nothing wrong.

Just picked up a ZT 0652 blk and am impressed! Great size, not too over-built, sweet action, great pocket clip, quality steel and seems to be ground to truly slice well.

I've bought and sold too many ZTs but this looks to be a keeper!
