Hi Dawgs, As a newbie who has yet to own a SY I wanted to throw down the gauntlet & ask you guys to help me decide what you think would be a good all rounder? I have seen (& am bidding on both) the 2 SY blades currently on the Bay. I have been trading many helpful PM's with Paul The Brit (the other furriner on here : ) ) but he's suggested a post to help get some more ideas from you guys... Both are currently at $172.50 so are priced the same ~ one a dumpster mutt & the other a Scrapper 6.... Your thoughts please lads... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> Rob

It depends on what you want and need. Both are great, but they meet different needs. The S6 is sort of a little big-knife, and the dumpster mutt is sort of a big little-knife. I hope that makes sense.

Still waiting on a Dumpster Mutt myself, but the S6 I have...JUST ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!
It is my "go to" knife.
