how long does it take to get a challange coin after you order one? and does any one know what was the last # to have been made was ?
ps how do you get your name on the side of the S5 scrap yard knive ? thanks~Richard

About two days on the coin. The number will be random. To the best of my knowledge SY doesn't offer custom work. You'd need to get a local engraver to put your name on it.
If you don't sharpen your axe from time to time, you will soon be chopping with a hammer.

Jackell is correct. When they were first offered (the challenge coins) Dan Busse "gave" them to each Junk Yard Dog according to their number, since then you can buy them but you'll get any random number.
I've never seen anybodies name on a blade (zorro?)
and it's never been done here.

I believe he is referring to the HG55 that a forum member bought for his son (if I remember the story correctly) he had his name put on it. Or possibly the son saved his money and ordered it himself, something like that but it was a Busse not a Scrapyard ETA I am not sure if that happened on this forum or over on Bladeforums

It was David Brown who had his son's name put on his HG55 - it was a Busse shop order, and posted both here and on the Busse subforum on BF.
