I just got mine box opened, quite excited, however, my LE Scrapper have 2 problems. One, it is not sharp, can't shave my arm hair! next, the resprin-C rubber compound at the landyard hole is pealing. Anyone else with these problems? Can I sent it back for an exchange?
I really like this company and the designs, also a Hog n Rat fan.
Thanks!

I would sure send them an email and ask them about the problems. One of the first people to check out their Customer Service!

Like he said, email them and let's see how they handle it. IMHO one should not expect a knife to be shaving sharp as it comes from the factory, but the Res-C should not be pealing.

Do you have a picture of the peeling?....Sometimes mine has a thin bit still attached , but with a set of fingernail clippers you could never tell!

Just send them an Email, I might sound demanding, but I'm just comparing the LE with a basic CT from Rats, as first production run, it should be better or at least equal to its brothers. I will try to get pics up, but if I peal the rubber, I can really make a bigger/layered and irregular hole! Thanks. Let see what happens!

I am sorry the knife didn't meet your expectations. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> I just wanted to let you know that, "Yes" we will exchange it for another knife. We want our knives to meet your expectations, not only in looks but quality. An e-mail has been sent to you in regards to this matter.
