OP Bushman5 Junk Yard Dog Joined: Feb 2009 Posts: 2,198 drinking yer beer	went for a walk in a local park today. The piece of fatwood shown is the SMALLER amount of whats still there. It weighs 4 lbs. There is still a 2' long by 10" wide x 3" deep piece left, i will get some other time,,,,,,too many people today. Its so rich with resin that in parts its black/purple and lastly, knife pron JUNKYARD DAWG #86

Then again, mostly scrub oak, elm, cottonwood, dogwood, pecan. and willow with very few pine or ceder around. Love the GB axe too. I am going to ask the wife for one as a b-day present. I can't wait to get to my camp in the mtns.There is a fat wood stump waiting for me to chop it up.It's buried under feet of snow now.Come spring it's mine.It's actualy been there for the past 7 or 8 years I've been using that camp,never really needed it.After hangin around the yard for awhile I see how usefull it is,and will utilize it this year,for my PSK,fire place at home & camp fires.Thanks Bushman.
