I shot a pistol grip 870 once, and it was purely spray and pray. Intimidating, sure. But not very practical.

What you need to do is get the 12.5 incher with pistol grip speed feed stock. AND get the barrel choked down to modified then have you a ramp (more snag free) and ghost ring rear. OR have a Covered tall bead on the front.

Yote, that looks like a great shotgun for use on a quad----as long as you don't shoot it while on the quad. Ever heard of a Camel Jockey Carbine, this kinda reminds me of that. The Camel Jockey Carbine was a 8mm Mauser made with an extremely short brl, and when fired some of the Camel troops would fall off!

Todd, the weather is supposed to be high 90's again. Today was bearable at 93. In fact, it is quite nice outside right now.

WOW Yote, sort of defeats the purpose of having a Bear gun on a quad!
Jeff, YUP, 68 is all that was released to the general public. Now as you and I both well know there are probably more than that out there from Military folks unloading the ones they got.

I watched a documentary tonight about the Wild Whites of West Virginia. Very sad, to see a family go through the things that they have--but all was brought on by use of drugs, alcohol, and abuse of the system.
