IT IS NICE! I have seen one, but maybe more of a Leku, had about a 6-7 inch blade. It was at a flea market (sort of an open air marketplace, but this one was in a building).

A flea market or swap meet is a type of bazaar where inexpensive or secondhand goods are sold or bartered. It may be indoors, such as in a warehouse or school gymnasium; or it may be outdoors, such as in a field or under a tent.[1] The flea-market vendors may range from a family that is renting a table for the first time to sell a few unwanted household items to a commercial operation including a large variety of new or used merchandise, including scouts who rove the region buying items for sale from garage sales and other flea markets, and several staff watching the stalls.

I am almost positive you said you had some Scrapyard knives, or at least something from the Busse Combat Group. What blade or blades do you have?

NICE PUUKKO! So Weather better in Finland this evening, well I guess it's afternoon there now.

Thanks! I don't like to brag but I'm very proud of it.

Today weather is sunny and warm.

It was a nice thing to do - giving up your Wiener for a fellow dog!

How's Missouri?

Thanks, I wasn't really using it anyway, I'm not into posting pictures of myself <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> so didn't think I needed to keep it! He'll put it to good use plus I hate to see a broken family, NOW his is complete! Mudders every one.

Missouri isn't all that bad today. Hot but not oppressively so (for here) and it was almost 22c here when I left home at 2330 to come to work.

That 22 C is quite usual here at the day time. But I think it's getting warmer today.

When you watch that puukko of mine you'll probably get the idea why I think handles are for gripping and blades for cutting. I was raised with those things in every house and every hiking trip to woods.

I have used many blades without "Guards" on them and for the most part was never a problem. BUT I just like the added safety of having a bottom (finger) guard. To me it just makes sense, especially on a hard use blade. It would be VERY bad if you were alone and your hand slipped up on the blade slicing one or more fingers.

Well puukko is puukko and it's not gonna change but there are designs where the handle is shaped for security.

I'll be out. Good morning to you sir Skunk!
