Yep they all get full pay after one term and they are going after my 40% after 27 years lol
lucky for me I live in a stuco house with lath and plaster walls lol no rounds escaping that place short of a fmj 308.

OK, I thought that was what you were talking about MB. So do I read your post correctly that a lack of over penetration is
1. Frangible rounds. 2. Soft points 3. Hollowpoints.
I am guessing hollow points are last because the cavity can get plugged up and act as an FMJ if it doesn't open up.

Pretty much Skunk.
Frangibles should turn to powder as soon as they hit anything hard. Soft point and hollow points will be close. But there are a bunch of differnt kinds so I couldn't give you a ones better than another.

Yep they all get full pay after one term No wonder they're such a bunch of back stabbing mud throwing unethical folks. Heck, I'd work four years to get a 140+K for the rest of my life.

One of the great things people don't understand about why AR-15's and rifles like them are so great is the versatility.
If you have differnt ammo types in several mags you can instantly choose what you need for a given situation.
It takes a few minutes to change out an upper and have a whole new caliber to hunt with.
They are a great varmint rifle and you can sit over a praire dog village and take care of business.
The 300 black out will take down a deer with authority and the 308s are a great all around.
All of these can be configured from one lower if you plan it right.
A home defense, sporting and hunting rifle in one nice setup that you are familiar with. You can even get a 22 conversion to plink or train with.

I came very close to getting an upper in 7.62X39. The thing that killed it was finding magazines. I couldn't find anything. If mag were readily available I would get an upper for it.

i like everything about ar15's but just not for me. same thing with glocks... held them many times but they don't go home with me.
but it is good that they can be setup fit any situation and multiple uses.
once all this blows I do think I will go for a 9mm AR pistol...

I knew about the versatility and all, and yeah it is nice. I was just concerned about the choice of ammunition. Other than that (FMJ) I think it is a GREAT home defense weapon.
