This Scrapyard steel is AWESOME.I reprofiled my Scrapper today and then stropped it and it's just simply dangerous.Me and a buddy of mine;hey H!;we are always cutting half moon shapes out of sheets of paper with thin bladed folders. But this thick [censored] blade will now do just as good as my best folder. It just doesn't make sense .Thanks again Dan&patti for such an awesome knife.

OK Gravel Face here goes;I used a Smith's 4" combination diamond hone;working it like a file;and after I got the edge rolling back and forth with it,I went to the strop.I started with Flexcut honing compound and then to Yellowstone compound and then to the green chromium oxide;0.5 micron; and then a plain leather strop for final polish. It was alot of work but it was sure as hell worth every minute of it. Oh I forgot a cold beer with this doesn't hurt either P.S.I free hand all my reprofiling that away I can see and feel what I'm doing. That's the way my dad taught me,it's a little more work than using a machine but you know that it's right when you get done or you can cuss yourself if it's not
