Knives you hope to get in 2014

I have a few in mind...some more than others and I tend to change my mind now and again. As of now, I'm looking at:

MicroTech Socom Delta
Spyderco PPT
Benchmade Stryker and 710
ZT 0770 in carbon fiber

Even though I'm mostly buying folders, I'm a bit curious about the Fiddleback Woodchuck and Tops HOG 4.5

What are you Dogs looking at in 2014?

I want a benchmade axis 300-1. I'm hoping it will be here next week. I ordered it last year

I have 2 BM Strykers. An Auto and a Regular 910. Great blades.

I've got a Benchmade Mini Grip ordered, should be here next week. I'd also like a 411, a Muk and a custom Chute knife from Sandown Forge.

Would like to score a Skinny ASH and a Chopweiler. But presently saving for a new suspension system for my new to me 06 Dodge 3500 SRW, Cummins truck.

I'm still waiting for Jerry to unleash the B-8!!!

Ordered a doublecut AMS the other day. A Ratweiler, maybe another Emerson (haven't decided which model).

Let's see, looking forward to the Mud mutt, I'm receiving my first forged Damascus blade today ( great way to start the year ) and I'm liking the look of that Fiddleback woodchuck ( and Bushrapor) myself , and I have a feeling I may make the Sebenza leap this year

I'd like to get quality Bowie knife that doesn't break the bank. Maybe in the 11 to 13 inch range.

.22 CG ASH1, FFBM and maybe ASHBM... need to handle one before I decide.

I'd love a 311 if funds allow.

Since I'm here in the Yard, I would like to score a 1111, 411. I've been really all about Busse/Kin blades lately :-) I'm sure nobody here will fault me for that So I can't wait for my ASHBMCG to arrive, I would like to grab a Ratweiler when they post. And I'm thinking of a Rodent 6 custom and RMD. On the folder list is a hinderer ( think I got that right ? ). But the list always seems to change and grow lol.

college is doing well for me and i am looking for part time work to aid my gun/knife habit, so for 2014 i want to find someone who will part with a yard hook, a new delica, endura and RAT 1 as mine are getting heavy daily carry and wear, would also love to find someone willing to part with a dogfather as well, then not knives but semi related: new sheath for my scrapivore so i can para wrap the handle correctly, and a glock 23 as carrying a full size 1911 bites! here is to a fruitful year!

Ixploded, you can find NEW Rat 1 folders all over the internet. Even though they are not made by RAT knives any more, they are still good value for the money. Check with RN and what he thinks about it. I have an ORIGINAL Rat Model 1 folder and LOVE IT. I also have an Ontario Rat model II folder (mini version) and it's a great little edc blade.

heck i am not even buying knives, my most recent knife was my scrapivore and that was a year ago, college man, college changes things, there are a lot of dogs missing eh? whatever happened to them, i havent seen a post from cold one in forever, he doing okay? ive noticed, him, dan, lot of other guys that were JYD waaaay before me, and i still remember the day i got JYD status, i freaked out lol, that was a whiiile ago though =D

Scratching this Spyderco PPT of my list. Great folder btw! I'm very pleased with it.

Well, I've got a couple of Mudd Mutts on order and I'm waiting on the 1111 to appear in the shop.

I'm waiting on a GSO 10, GSO 3.5 and Necker II from Survive Knives.

I'll probably order a Genesis or two from LT Wright when they appear in the shop (still a little sad about the end of Blind Horse Knives; plus I can't afford to buy knives from more creators!).

Other than that I think that I'll have make do with the less expensive production stuff. I know that they're not in the same category of Bussekin, but I kinda like some of the new Schrade stuff (should be fun beaters). Then there's the ESEE and Beckers that I need to complete my respective collections. Oh, yeah - last year I got my first Spec Plus blade and I'm drooling over a Marine Raider Bowie now. Maybe try a couple of cheap little Buck folders (I'm not a huge fan of folders: good value beaters are good enough for me).

Wow, that sounds like a lot already. I need to find a job to afford all this steel. I'd better stay away from the Kifaru website as well...

Oh, just forgot some stuff! I've got a Tlim bushcraft blade on its way to me. I'd also like to support some makers from the UK so maybe it's time I got some stuff from Dorset Woodland Blades.

Need more money...

I LOVE my Yard Hook. It was my first Busse-kin knife.

I am having something custom made by one of the guys on BF that will be a little longer and just a bit thinner. I want that nice recurve in a package that weighs about the same. Too bad that I lose the Res-C and the hook.

I guess you should get that new 11-11. It seems to be really close to the DF's specs.

I'm thinking REAL seriously about one of these. Would make a good blade to go in my bag.

Here are the specs that Justin gave me.

Blade length is 3.5 to the Handel with 3 1/8th cutting edge
Handle length is 5 inches
Blade height is 1.5
Blade thickness 3/16ths
Handle thickness 5/8ths
Not sure of the weight on it. You can have the blade engraved for an extra $10. On a side note you now have your choice of green or black handles.
