Wasn't planning on going, but my shoulder scope got cancelled. My shoulder is still in pain, but I picked these up. Anybody know how Jim is, he wasn't there.

Jim hasn't been on the forum for awhile. I think he had mentioned that he had invested enough money in blades, I could be wrong though. Jim was great and always took a ton of pics.

If possible can you give us the specs on the blades? I really like the long thinner ones in the middle!

I bet the handles on all are really comfortable

I would have done that for you in a heartbeat. I had shoulder microscopy scheduled at 11, got cancelled at 10. Got in the car and said heck with it.

Understandable. Is it true that 3 or 4 guys bought up almost everything?

I think around 20 showed up. 4 to 6 bought up most...but they were very accommodating to everyone.

Everyone in the room was asking each other they where looking for.

The guy who drew the first pick actually gave it up later to a new guy.

It's not what it seems. A lot of camaraderie, and less hoggish than you would think.

They wouldn't admit it but it's very friendly atmosphere, except everyone hates the one who should not be named.

That's nice to hear, though I figured the re-sellers helped each other. Good to hear that a newbie got a chance.

If anything the re-sellers are actually against each other, but help the others out.
Like I said it's a lot friendlier than you would think.

I'm very confident that if I made it known I was looking for something specific, it would be in my hands before the end of the night.

Blade seems to be way more competitive or cut throat than KC.

I think there might be a chance. This was the only SR77 SW not marked prototype...so I'm going to guess this one is production...but what do I know. Take that with a grain of salt.

I was able to knab #2 and #6, although my price was different than luck's (I paid 238.95 plus tax), so maybe different. Lots of variations out there.
#2 is like a SarSquatch without the swedge, and should have a chopping report on #6 in a few days

That comparison to #2 got my attention. I regret selling my squatch. The #2 a saber ground?

LE check your invoice on that one. The non discount tag price was 238.95, but it had a KC show special price of $198.95.

Apparently there wasn't that much "Scrap" in the Yard to sell!

Didn't see very many from the yard. A lot of daggers and scrapivores along with some 511 variants. I did get a 1311 variant that I'll post later.
