Well, up and running and realized I no longer have a 1st name! It's L-T or LT Neal now Randy!

Seriously Rich, BEST OF LUCK. Remember to listen to the Old heads (When they make sense) and you will do fine. Don't forget to keep us posted when you can.

Here's a laugh for you. Had a training day last Friday and picked up the kids while in uniform. After getting home and things squared away, I hear my little girl call from the other room- "Daddy, are you still in your costume?"

We have a ways to go getting used to this I guess!
