I am glad I pulled the trigger on these, the Skinner much nicer than I thought it would be.

The Skinner will be off to my nephew in Japan for his birthday. We'll see if it's tough enough for a Marine!! wink smile

It's nice...kinda wish I got one for myself now!

You got it brother!

No, the Winkler is a little thicker at it's thickest point, but has a tapered tang and distal taper.

I was checking out the edge on the Skinner and am surprised it's thinner behind the edge than I thought...close to the Howling Rat. Came with a great edge too.
