Scrap Yard Forum Update - 02/05/20 07:48 PM

Dogs

While going through the fun of fixing the Forum I decided to upgrade the software to ensure reliability.

This upgrade now allows you to have the forum on a cell phone or tablet...pretty cool!!!

Just go to the forum URL on a browser on a cellphone or tablet, the forum should display it in a manner that the device understands...and you are now mobile Dogs with much more reach and connection.

Enjoy

Now I REALLY feel bad about hounding Dan and Jerry. (add the embarrassed emoticon here) It's just that the Yard means so much to us.

GREAT! We've got rain here right now. grin

Seriously, I personally am so very glad that it is up and running. I have felt as if my family was torn away from me. I missed you guys.

Now if the programmer could just get all the tutorials up and running (IF they still exist) and the emoticons, all would be right in the world.

Well unless there is another Murder 300 feet from our house.

I don't know if Y'all are a "Fortune 500" company, a Million dollar company or a Thousand dollar company. You interact with your customers, on OUR level. You don't put on airs or look down on us. You treat US the way we think we should be treated by ANY company we have dealings with. Running a business, any business, is an all day project, EVERY day.

You have built a very loyal following for your company, because you make FANTASTIC blades, and yes also because we know that we can ask "The Company President" and KNOW that he will respond personally. That in and of itself genders loyalty among your customer base. AND it also will spread more by word of mouth from your loyal customers as we continue to shout from the rooftops the great products, indeed the great company Scrapyard Knives and all the Busse Kin knives are.

Thank you Dan for building a company that is more interested in it's product AND customers than the (Not so much any more) almighty Dollar.

Re: Scrap Yard Forum Update - 02/10/20 03:51 AM

Yeah I can suck up pretty good sometimes. grin

BUT this isn't one of them. I truly meant every word I said. I don't care how good a product a company has IF they don't have, show real concern for their customers it shows, and usually in a negative way.

Mrs. B raised a couple a good boys.
