Hammered Silver and Purple Mudders might be pretty sick!

Re: Mud Mutt This Wednesday, 2/26 at 9:00 pm Eastern - 02/25/20 04:22 AM

WHY couldn't it have came out 4 days earlier. Would have made a GREAT Birthday Present for a VERY modest Mod. grin Bronze with that Green handle and Brown Sheath. Now If I only had another kidney to hock. wink

Actually, having one of the few Black handled ones, I may not have to sell a kidney after all.

Hmmm, wonder if I could get Dan to believe that the handle on mine got destroyed smirk and needed a brand new Green (OR PURPLE) handle.

Shhhh don't talk about it. Dan might overhear and then he wouldn't fall victim to my dastardly scheme.

There ya go Ted. I'll just send it to DT for a week and there won't be any handle at all. GREAT Idea, thanks.

BTW, do you ever see John Q any more?

TT, it should be here on this site but Dan also said that it should be available on all three of the Bussekin sites I think.

BTW, how is your Daughters Cupidvore holding up?

Re: Mud Mutt This Wednesday, 2/26 at 9:00 pm Eastern - 02/25/20 11:07 PM

If it were 2x as thick and came in safety orange, I might be more inclined. As is, it would make a nice kitchen blade if I had room for another one. 90% of my knife work is in the kitchen these days anyway smile

Re: Mud Mutt This Wednesday, 2/26 at 9:00 pm Eastern - 02/25/20 11:16 PM

Actually, it might make a nice hunting blade if it were an inch shorter.

It'd be great for me, but I already have 2 INFI RMDs and a 411 that serve me well on my regular rotations...and a drawer full of Buck blades of various steels...

I'm more selective in my old age, though I DO love those mudder handles...

Of course you do.

I think you have a direct pipeline into the Busse fires at Mount Doom. Whenever their elvin dwarves forge something glorious a Hobbit must instantly start his adventure to deliver the first unit to Thomas Magnamus.

I have a mental image of a Tom looking around nervously while he unbolts 19 padlocks on a spare bedroom door. After the locks are removed, Tom looking up and down the hall one last time before dashing inside the room.

Once inside, the room is the equivalent of Harry Potter's vault at Gringotts. However, instead of being filled with worthless gold there are piles of invaluable Busse(kin) ...

Dan,
I contacted my copper colleagues in the States regarding Tom's unhealthy edged weapon obsession. Apparently those chaps have quite a dossier on Mr. Klink. The lads where kindly enough to forward the following surveillance images to my Thames Valley Station through INTERPOL.

If I'm not mistaken, I only see a Glock field knife.

However, my Stateside colleagues assured me of a hidden Busse "cache".

I need some eye bleach! Tom could have at least worn a shirt!

Oh and I didn't realize his name was Thomas Magnamus. I always thought it was Tommy Boy. grin

Indeed.

We had a WPC (Woman Police Constable) run out of the room after seeing the pictures. She's yet to return. Rumor has it she's hiding in the loo.

First, I'm not surprised that the Lady Constable ran to the loo; she was probably so turned on that she couldn't stand it! smile

Secondly, Dave certainly does nice work!
