WS-1020 This Wednesday

With everything accomplished this past week it looks as if the WS-1020 will go up this Wednesday, 10/28, at 9:00 Eastern on the Scrap Yard Knife Site.

Here is an update from the past 7 days when I had to delay the release

- The New office is operational...not done but functional
- We now have a phone number to handle customers who need to call in a credit card information. This Hot Line, 419-343-2990, is only for payment info. We are targeting a 24 response for messages left at this number
- Technical as well as questions regarding orders need to be sent by email to info@scrapyardknives.com
- Performance video is complete and available at MS-1020 Performance Video Thanks Squatch and Big Mike
- WS-1020 will begin to ship wit in 1 to 3 weeks of confirmed order.

So you can see that there has been a real Dog Team effort to get us on track....Sorry I could not help the play on words LOL

I suspect that the WS-1020 is going to be epic

Sigh, the ship time may be the deal breaker for me. I won’t have an address after Dec 1.

Should ship first week, maybe to late 3rd week in Nov per what Dan said.

Just being nosey, where ya movin to? Don’t feel obligated to answer if you don’t want to.

Just a little over 4 hours away.

That’s the $64k question. My sister sold the family property I’m living on, put mom in a home, and moved to Reno, NV. I’m wanting to move to Reno, but I can’t find a place. I need to work a remote job because I don’t have a car and no one will rent without proof of employment. I can’t get a job unless I have a place to work from. I even offered to pay 3 months in advance and no place will do it. I looked into renting a room, but the first ten places were scams, so I gave up on that. I figured I could always get an extended stay room, but they even require proof of employment. It’s very frustrating and I have until the latest December 1st and probably not even that long as there is work to be done before the new owners move in. It’s been a rough couple years. I basically have a few changes of clothes and my mobile device chargers. Everything else is in storage.

It’s weird, but every time Dan has released a knife something horrible is happening in my life. My dad was in hospice when the Alpha 6 was released. He lived long enough to see it and he really liked it.

That’s the opposite of what Dan said. He said credit cards were ok to use, but PayPal should go through either Busse or Swamp Rat sites.

Credit card worked fine for me.

I give up. I have never had so much trouble ordering anything. 3 different devices, and totally blocked in ordering with any card or Paypal.

The same shoot them an email. I'm betting it's a problem with mastercard.

MasterCard works fine on the Busse side.

Try the Busse Combat or Swamp Rat sites; it has worked for others.

Sorry about that ...the internet demons have been messing with the payment option.

Don’t know about the rest of Y’all but in my case it helps if you give them the right CC number.
