Confessions of a Res-C addict. - 12/03/20 04:20 PM

I feel like i could write a book about how res c has changed my life... from thinking way back at first glance how ugly and clumsy it looked to feeling like somthings missing in my hand when i grab a blade thats not wrapped in some now. Its been an epic journey of hate to love and an emotional splurge of new found joy.. as stated by one of the amazing sheath makers over on BF.. it feels like a warm bubblebath in your hand. If i publish the book ill make that the intro title and be sure credits given where due wink This will probably make the oprah book club and ill see you all get free copies !!! A book for you AND youu AND YOU ! EEEVERRYYBOODY GETS A BOOK (oprah voice) maybe we can do a special offering where each unit with ResC ships with a copy so your spouses can read and maybe catch a glimpse of understanding to this beautoful sickness we all have cool

A couple of weeks ago I spent 2 days chopping and clearing a shooting/fire lane with a 1311. While I was worn out from the exercise my hand did not hurt nor did I have any blisters. I cant say that for a fellow helper smile Res C is just amazing

The r3 was tucked away warm and cozy iwb. Nothing says "HEY!!!" like the handle of the mega warden when its carried on the belt exposed then contacts the side of your body under your shirt lol

I hear ya. I just thinned out the back bevel on my 311 yesterday and sharpened up my Muppy LE. Numer 105 of course, thanks to a still undiscovered dog.

Re: Confessions of a Res-C addict. - 02/07/21 03:16 PM

Nice i dont have a 311 or any mudders. Think between the wardens and r3 i got that size covered. And the 511 is doing fine where a mudder would shine. Glad i have small hands the small res c fits me like a tight glove

Actually, I did but I didn’t. Some time after I made JYD, a package shows up from a dog in Mississippi that had it for sale. After opening up the package and after I woke up from a dead faint, I sent a message to him. He said that he was contacted by a dog (wouldn’t tell me who) that bought it and said for him to send it to me.

I also got my JYD number (105) coin from a dog in Canada, and in turn someone sent him his JYD numbered coin!
