Scrap Yard Knives at Blade West

For those of you who plan to attend (even for those who don't <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ), I just found out that I'll have some Scrap Yard knives available for purchase at Blade West in Portland, OR this weekend!

No. Just give us a shot at them, even though we can't make the show. Of course, if Scrap Yard showed up at the Tulsa show, many more of us in the mid-west would have the same opportunity!

Dare you say sheath? I may be wrong, but over at the Swamp I thought Eric said a sheath was included when he first posted information about Scrap Yard Knives, along with pictures. As you know from my postings, the sheath issue is my one big complaint with the yard and the Swamp.

I'm with you, but they do offer great knives at great prices...we cant expect the icing for free....like today ....there was a fellow trying to sell the Cold Steel DVDs for 15 bucks....those [censored] things are free!!

I guess there is always someone ready to take advantage of others unknowing. I hope the guy trying to sell the Cold Steel DVD's was exposed as a con artist.

I still think that a sheath should be included with the knife. There are several decent Cold Steel knives, along with other companies, and sheaths are included with their SHEATH knives.

But at what price!.....maybe after they get running they can include it in the package, I am sure it cost quite a bit to get an operation like this started.

Maybe the Yard could post what is available after the dust clears ?

I would like to see some Big Guns.....with all the heat on the GW and supposedly the Coot from the swamp....I want something I can take down the front door with!

Allright peanut gallery!...we are talking about DOGS here!, we all know BR fantastic, but I what my S7 Chopper!

i'm thinking about the wait for the Yard to open, for the 6s to turn up... and no hint as to a timeframe for future releases -- on the one hand, i want to start saving up, but how do i know if i'm being premature, possibly missing other opportunities... even some guestimates would be invaluable...

Are you talking about getting a Scrapper 6 or other blades from other companies, but if I had to guess the Scrapper 6 will be the only one for 6-8 weeks.
