5 and under photo thread

yeah, not the best slicer out of the box but with a little work it does cut very well.

still no match for these.

Great pics from everyone. I especially like MC's first blade.

the yardkeeper is great. it has a decent edge now and just makes a great knife for all kinds of hard use tasks.

the ranger shiv (s30v) is also great, and very kindly donated in memory of a gentleman on the Ranger forum's brother. (hope that made sense)
very lgiht and with a thinner edge it will be a cutting machine.

AND!

my mora...
like mag has said many times... it will out perform any knife (or most at least) in cutting tasks.
they're awesome!

my canadian special...
awesome knife too. cuts great, holds a good edge and is tough enough for most taksk of a knife this size. (I would think)
although my small hand doesn't fit the handle well, so I'll probably trade it for a bravo 1 or something.

No pretty close ups, but here are most of my Busse made 5" and under.







It turned out to be a pretty day on tax day. My lizard friend has been doing his best all day to attract a mate. All the rain has sure greened things up.

This is my favorite 5" or less blade, out of those I own. Of course, most of my knives are larger than that. And all of my Busse Kin is larger than 5"...



Here is my other <5" blade. The rest are all folders.
