This is the first time I get a SY combat grade numbered knife. Is it because of the TT discount? I hear some of you guys are getting them without the number so I'm just wondering... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crossfingers.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />

My guess is Dan is keeping us honest with the discount.
I think the numbers are pretty cool, especially with the number and letters A, B, C.
Now I'm going to have a to order more so I can have some wothout numbers too. Oh I love the Regulator.
My reg's aren't numbered, but I didn't get an additional discount.

There to track if you sell them in the time period he didn't want you to numbers are traced back to your invoice so they know who resold.. Dan stated the terms if the policy is violated on the discount.

To be honest this is cool as it is a sub-version of the Regulator. I oredered a Regulator and Deregulator on one invoice and another one so I will have a A&B and then another A. Pretty neat.

Cool deal. So if we were to post a pic of or Reg's and Dereg's with the number on it, would that be the same thing as posting our invoice numbers?

GOT MY MIL REG!!!!! Awsome is all I can say. Neat comes to mind as well. ME LIKIE!!! But, I think they might have got me order wrong. I THOUGHT I qualified for the discount, being retired military and also presently working in LE. I emailed my ID's to Renee and I THOUGHT she said I was good to go. I was Kinda wanting a numbered blade. Oh well, I GOTS ME A REGULATOR!

To see if you got the discount, look at the price
you paid.
I dont think we "officially" know why some blades
are numbered and others arent.
If you were charged the discount rate,
you qualified and got the discount.

Randy, a quick e-mail to Renee will probably clear up any concerns! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
