Reminder About Phone Calls

The Busse Combat Knife Company has received a few calls asking about ScrapYard Knives. As a reminder, The Busse side of the house does not take phone calls for ScrapYard nor do they have any information to answer customers questions.

All correspondence must be with/through e-mail to Renee... renee@scrapyardknives.com
You are also more than welcome to PM Patti patti@scrapyardknives.com or myself but Renee is your best bet.

Being belligerent to the Ladies on the Busse side of the house does not go far and I would ask that we respect them and their responsibilities. If you do not have a computer check out the library or find a friend that will help you with an order

As a note to the new and potential customers, we are not staffed to take phones calls and our model of delivering the highest performance at the lowest cost does not permit the additional headcount to manage the phones.

By the way, if you called Amy about your Ganza order and ScrapYard was a part of it, you are good. It is the other calls that my memo is directed at...like trying to order an original Scrapper 6 or have a custom version of an older model made. As you all know, we do not stock inventory nor do we do custom work

Our business model is strait forward, if it is in the shopping cart for orderiing then you are in business. If it is not there, then no luck

I mean seriously, I talked to Amy for the first time today on the phone, and I have to say she is one of the most pleasant people I've ever talked to regarding a business transaction, how could anyone in their right mind hassle her, or any of the other ladies there?

There's a guy on youtube (a real idiot) that posted a VERY negative video regarding the Scrap Yard business model a while back. I'm willing to bet he's one of the culprits.

All the girls are very nice and professional. I can't imagine anyone would want to hassle them.

I've never had anything but positive interaction with anyone on the SY.
