Cool update

Tonight I just finished my Eagle scout board of review. So once the national council does a background check on my I will be an eagle scout. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Congratulations, young man... Welcome to the brotherhood....

I will tell you this, tonight, if you passed your Board, you are an Eagle Scout. The National Council, does not do anything to approve or disprove you, they just check the paperwork, and record your achievement. Once your council Scout Exec. signs it you can get your badge. But, as in every other Board of Review that you have done, the moment the Board passes you, that is the date you earn your rank, and tonight its The Eagle.

So... If you passed tonight, You ARE an Eagle Scout.

Eagle Scout is a great achievement, Boots. I never got that far. Did you know that the USAF offers the rank of E-2 for Eagle Scouts entering the AF? They recognize how valuable all that learning is. Outstanding! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
