Shipping Address Must Match Credit Card Address

Due to the increase in identity theft and recent fraud, we are no longer processing orders that have a different shipping address from the credit card address.

Orders with different addresses will be automatically canceled. Should you run into an issue with a cancelation please e-mail Renee or Patti to see what can be worked out.

It is a shame that we have to implement this policy but there are unethical people in all walks of life. I compliment those that live their life with honor and dignity.

People from outside USA , like me what should we do ? When I orderd I was told to put an US adress in the ordering page and my adress in the messege . I am waiting for the CG Scrapivore and what to order one ,how should I do it when the time comes ?

As long as the address that it will finally be shipped to matches the credit card you will be ok. If you run into an issue just send Renee or Patti an e-mail

The site now takes international addresses so you no longer have to put in a US address.

Hi Dan and Renee, I live in an apartment and my land lady does not answer the door when packages are dropped off, which usually leads to a note on the door. I am in Chicago and the post does not drop off my package even after I have signed off for it on the back of the little note that they have left. Because of this, I usually have everything shipped to my wife's office. Could we work something out so that the knives can be shipped there? I understand if this cannot be done, I just thought to ask because I do not trust delivery to my apartment. This actually happened with my SW Skelly and after calling them to re-deliver it and signing the note, I had to physically go to the post office. Our system stinks in Chicago!!

Good news is that we are looking for a house, so this will no longer be an issue.

This is going to be an issue for me. My shipping address and credit card address don't match.

Perhaps you can work into your new policy an exception for long time, repeat customers, who are using the same shipping address and credit card address they've used in the past. Any chance of this?

because the postman in my city is an idiot, deliveries to my home address cant be trusted to get there. So I have everything shipped to work.

Is the paypal option ok with different addresses?

I am highly offended to think that I work my tail off to be able to afford to buy some of my toys which I enjoy collecting and then some low life would come along and try to gain the dishonest way by stealing from us hard working folks. What if the shipping address is on file as an authorized ship-to with the credit card company?

Justice don't come often, but it shows up every once in a while, just for a second or two, helped along by a good trigger finger.

JrShirley, you will find the the Bussekin companies (Busse Combat, Swamp Rat and The Scrapyard) all are very accommodating our military folks. Personally being retired from the AF I really like this patriotic consideration.
