Remembrance Day - 11/11/23 08:51 PM

To all my brother's in the yard, please know that I think of you all the time.
To my brother's and sisters that have served in their countries military, THANK YOU.
I hold you all in the greatest respect and wish each of you well and good health.
We in the western world have failed our veterans horribly.
The level of homelessness among veterans is our shame.
The level of untreated PTSD and other mental health issues is our shame.
The level of suicide among our veterans is our shame.

Our veterans wrote a blank cheque to their people and government.
They deserve much better.

To the veterans (and active military) members of the yard, I sincerely hope that you have the help and support if you need it.
If you know of a veteran in need, please reach out to them, support the government and NGO agencies that support veterans.
1 veteran lost, is one too many.

Take care my brother's
