I thought these looked pretty cool. I thought some military folks might like them too.

InterFlight studio has an incredible collection of coffee tables made from jet engines, wings, bombs, wings and other aviation parts - pictured here, the F4 phantom table!

"Bathroom mirror made from a scrap stator ring from a jet engine. Ring is un-modified other than being laquered. Mirror is a standard plain round mirror from homebase which handily is just the right size. Mounting is by a piece of scrap aluminium on the back bolted through the original holes using surplus aircraft bolts."

I would think that these would have special appeal for jet-jockeys.
One of the things that always amazes me is how items can be used, limited only by the imagination. That is why "experts" say that if you are ever involved in a plane crash you should salvage everything you can.
