I have looked for fatwood in Oklahoma but must not be looking in the right parts. Then again, mostly scrub oak, elm, cottonwood, dogwood, pecan. and willow with very few pine or ceder around.

Love the GB axe too. I am going to ask the wife for one as a b-day present.

I can't wait to get to my camp in the mtns. There is a fat wood stump waiting for me to chop it up.It's buried under feet of snow now.Come spring it's mine. It's actualy been there for the past 7 or 8 years I've been using that camp, never really needed it.After hangin around the yard for awhile I see how usefull it is,and will utilize it this year, for my PSK,fire place at home & camp fires. Thanks Bushman.

Thats the darkest and richest peice of fatwood I've ever seen. I bet it will burn really good.

Great score!!!
