HUGE source of survival info

Someone posted this on another forum I frequent.
You guys MUST check this site out.
The guy has a little instruction on how to download all
the .pdf files,I did it,its 350 meg worth of pdf files.
Anyway,you can just click and view them if you want.

Wow! There are a ton of pdf's there! Anyone see the 300+ page sniper training handbook? There's all sorts of information there! I downloaded them all and will burn a CD or two to make sure I don't lose them! Thanks for the link!

Just go to the top of the page. There are instructions to download all of them. As long as you use Firefox, those instructions will work. One thing to note is that in order to filter, you have to type *.pdf in the "Fast Filtering" box. Hopefully that helps.

Just a tip for those of you downloading
the pdf files and either burning them or saving to a memory card,
dont forget to download and save a pdf reader to the same cd or card.
it would suck to have all the files and no way to read them.
coolpdf has a tiny free reader,im sure there are others.

How big a flash drive would you need to download the pdf files? Would it be better to burn them on DVD's? I'm not that computer literate, but this info is valuable. I see the need to save at least the ones in black. Can someone put everything in real simple terms? Real simple terms. LOL Thanks

Sigfest. I don't use firefox so I just opened up each one and then saved it to a flash drive. Slower, but it works.

How big a flash drive? I have a 1GB and 4GB. I don't know how much they each hold in terms of quantity. Seems like alot of info there.

I checked the folder size that I downloaded them all in to, and it's 375 MB. Since there are 1000 MB in a GB, it's only 0.375 GB. Your 1GB flash drive is more than enough. Also, CDs hold around 700 MB, so you might want to consider that. I plan on burning at least two CDs of this because I don't trust computer hardware/software enough to only have one copy on hand.

Siggy, just click on the words an it will take you to where the articles are at.

Matter of fact I am going there right now and download a few at a time.

seems as if the drumm runners site is no longer functional. Is there anyway that anyone can put the articles back up for us, maybe all in one file (folder) so those of us who didn't get them all can?
