I have only seen the YH pictured on the SYK > Knives page, so am unaware of the grinds of the blade. What is the primary bevel grind of the YH (hollow, chisel)? What is the edge grind of the YH (single 30°, double 40°)?

The Ladybug is a tiny Spyderco isn't it?

The Hook is a bit obtuse but it is agreat blade and light for how much power it has.

Edited the initial post <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/doh.gif" alt="" /> . Cut and paste did me in on that one <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> . YH, not the Ladybug3 (which happens to be my keychain EDC) <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> . I am still surprised in how active the SYK community is <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" /> .

The ladybug is that rare version of the yardhook, made for sales in NY, around the village.

I think it was originally going to be changed from the yardhook to the gayblade, but they went with ladybug instead.

Well one I compared my tan hook to the standard hook the tan hook had much thinner edge bevels.
My tan hook is a great slicer, maybe I just got lucky.
