Hi all,
today a very light trekking 3 h on Mount Aurin (a big hill, actually, just 745 mslm), just near my house
start is from church of Mugnai village

15 min and we arrive to this water, old people said when this "hair" is on the water, water is not drinkable

I got to thinking, I have never really ate any mushrooms.....are they any good, what do they taste like, recipes?

When I was a kid in California,we would find the hair worms in puddles.we called them Horse Hair Worms.

Mushrooms taste amazing... depending on what kind of mushrooms and cooking ability of course...any mushrooms are good fried, others grilled, others with pasta or rice, others just fresh with some oil and lemon
