I have one of the armoralleather sheaths swamprat has for sale on their website, just in case anyone wants a some kind of instock sheath quickly it seems to fit the 511 okay. Feels a little tighter going in but seems serviceable. Nice sheath by the way.

Good call Aim. I got one with my HRLM, and you can also use it for the War Dog, the S5, the 511 etc. I switch it up from time to time

I didn't even think to try it with the War Dog-doh!

I'm glad it works as a general purpose sheath, I never wear that spec ops sheath I got just to have something, it hangs to low unless you use the rope loops for belt loops and for me it's just to large

I use the spec ops sheath on a dedicated molle belt over my pants belt.
It gives you alot more versatility, and you can set it up according to the task of the day.

I've never really hit it off with stuff that hangs down that far onto the leg, I've tried that sheath, drop leg holsters and even a drop leg AR mag set up. Neat design though. I was glad it finally came out in multicam but the large brown flap on the pouch kind of ruins it.

Do you tie it off? Not sure if that would be more of an annoyance than a help

Dwayne makes good leather. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cool.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> It's always handy to have something on hand that'll work. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
