Will there be a 6-11?

I will take two immediately. 6" blade size is very popular.

I've been thinking the same thing.

Anything that will fill the gap left by the demise of the 711 is welcome.

If I were a betting man I would say no. I think the '11 series is close to having run its course (as far as new releases go) and as the present models are withdrawn from sale I think the next evolution of Yard blades will start. To be honest, I just don't know which way Dan will go from here, clearly The Yard is committed to ResC for handle material (that is just fine with me ). But what configuation that will take, Regulator, '11 Series, Mudder (I would love some MAGNUM mudders of a bigger blade) etc. As to blade shape... the sky is the limit.

I hope Andy is correct. I'm ready for something fresh. Perhaps Res-C with a full tang (ala Fallkniven).

I could go for a larger version of the mudder.

And another recurve like the MoFo and the Yard Hook.

The FIRST Scrapyard knife was a 611. But Dan called it the Scrapper 6!

Haha, ACTUALLY the 611 looks A LOT like the 6.5 Regulator.

Yes, I think most of us would have like that 311.... That said I am partial to the several I have of the actual released blade...

Yes the 611 does look much like the 6.5 Reg but I would presume it would run thinner. would I buy one.... yeah probably... would they be a huge seller....I doubt it (so much so I don't think they will be made).
