Does nayone have a number in mind for the various models they want Dan to make that they would buy? I would be interested in seeing what everyone wants, and I bet Dan would too!!

Pure Bred Fighter definitly.A mini spec ops and an AK ruck. I like the mojo but without the catch it is just another bowie. If you really don't like it you could grind it off. A scrapper SF dagger with res c handle would be tasty.

At least that catch will open your beers with style..

If I want a high end opener..I will use my NIP. Otherwise you can just stick the tip through the lid and pry it open.....beside, that catch is to round to catch the lid so it is really pointless.....no pun intended.!

I know of multiple ways of opening beer bottle using every day stuff. The trick is the proper mount of leverage applied in just the right place.

I'm curious why so many people want a Scrapyard version of the Crash Axe. Swamp Rat is eventually going to sell them from the company store and they are already made from SR-77. Not sure they'd be able to put a Res-C handle on them, so the only difference would be the logo.

I'm thinking some sort of sword would be awesome, definitely. On the other hand a scrapper 7 would be very cool. I too would be very excited about a folder, but I think development costs would be too high for a little company like this. For those of you thinking "hey just use the Busse Combat design in different materials", I bet Jerry wouldn't take well to his brother stealing his folder design out of the dumpster and beating him to the punch on the release date. Not to mention selling it for a quarter of the price.

So, bring on the sword, AK or not!

I'd like to see (BUY!) ScrapYard versions of..

Ruck Kensei, AK47, Camp Tramp

Imo.. too many little knives out there.. let's go BIG.. Big Knives/Swords at ScrapYard prices

If Dan wants to focus on mainstream high volume knives, then a version of the Camp Tramp (Scrapper 7) would be the next logical choice. I have a CT and I'd definitely buy an S7 if released.

Rich_S,
oh yeah.. i forgot about that.. "mainstream high volume knives" thing, shoot. ::grumble::

well.. i'm thinking if Dan *did* have an AK47/RK.. and sold it for 1/3 to 1/2 the price of a Busse AK/RK.

then it *might* become "mainstream high volume" due to the Price!
..Dan & Patti get their net, and we get Cool Swords!

hey.. i'm just daydreaming out loud here!

I like the crash axe. I wasn't able to get in on the special preorder. I'm curious about the res-c handle option. However, I'd like to see what Dan could do using the crash-axe as inspriation. Much liek the Rd Hawk that ranger knives puts out.
