Ham, Cheese and Mushroom Omlet with SOS on toast. Had this for years in the service. Never grew tired of it. And depending on where I was stationed, Grits on the side with butter and pepper.

Six pieces of THICK cut bacon seasoned with fresh cracked pepper corns; four eggs (over easy)with a light dusting of LaRue Dillo Dust on them; four pieces of toast covered in REAL butter (toast used to sop up the egg yokes); tall glass of 2% milk (with a couple of ice cubes in it), fresh fruit on the side (any or all of the following: cantaloupe; honey dew melon; watermelon; pineapple; orange).
Throw in a few cubes of pepper-jack cheese... <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" />
Excuse me while I get some towels to clean the drool off of my keyboard.

Veggie omlette and a piece of fruit <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />. I don't eat any starchy carbs ( breads etc) When I was younger like most of you it was coffee- brandy and a big [censored] cigar <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />I LOVED IT and went all day with no problem <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />

If it has been a heavy drinking night (which there are not too many of these days) I love a tall glass of V8 and a tall stack of pancakes with warm syrup.
Any other day, give me biscuits and gravy with a side of crisp pepper BACON!!

Re: The Breakfast Club Favorites! - 04/07/10 11:09 PM
I love me some Biscuits and Gravy, but have had to cut them out for a while as I try to shed some poundage. I'll either go with a spinach, mushroom and feta cheese omelette or if I'm going hiking or something and need the carbs and good old egg, pig(ham, bacon or sausage) and cheese on bagel sandwich. Sourdough pancakes every now and then too.

Bushman5,
Thanks - she means the world to me. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
Brittney is one of those gals that never wears cosmetics, but still looks great. She is always smiling! Those pics were taken on the 3rd day of a camping trip - we both looked a lot "worse for the wear" at that point <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />. We call 2009 "the year of the tick", because the Hoosier National Forrest (our standard stomping grounds) was 10x worse than usual. We probably pulled 15-20 ticks off a day. I asked her to keep a hat on the entire time, but those nasties still found their way to her hair <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/mad.gif" alt="" />
I'll be 36 in July. Brit just turned 30 last month.
Has me a younger woman <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ooo.gif" alt="" />
