War Dogs Are Shipping!!!!

We had anticipated that we wouldn't be able to ship the War Dogs until right after BLADE 2011. As it turns out, we are beginning shipments today!

as soon as I ordered I asked Renee to charge me for one WD this last week, and for another later this week (I ordered 2):D but afteer finding out they were shipping so soon, I reevaluated my budget, and had her charge me for both right away!

Hahaha, I Thought maybe the sooner than expected shipping was Dan's little surprise for us. making up for all the waiting we did for the release!

Two questions from a first time dog;
1. Will we be notified when the item has shipped with tracking info? I may need to take the day off of work to make sure I'm home when my war dog arrives.
2. What method of shipment is used? USPS, ups, fedex?

All my past Bussekin orders have been USPS Priority with tracking number sent by email.

Typically, I'll get the note on the door that the postman missed me for a signiture required package and I then have to wait until the next day to pick up from the post office after work.

They will send you a shipping notice (e mail) and have recieved packages anywhere from 1-3 days later.

In the past I recieved my knife and then got a ship notice. It worked for me.

YAY!! I expect to get my shipping notice the day after I receive the knife as usual. :-)

I'm looking forward to seeing the first "My War Dog Has Arrived!!!" post. Also a shipment notice would be nice, but from what others have said, the shipment notice often goes out after the knife has shipped/even arrived. I was tempted to email Renee and ask if mine has shipped already because I was contemplating adding a tan one to the order, but I decided not to be a pesk and to wait to order the tan WD. I really want to have this knife in hand before I commit to another one.

I'm sorely tempted to order another, maybe a tan, but I just order a Rodent Solution and I'm waiting to hear what's coming next from the Swamp, so I may have to make do with just one WD. Wish there were more SY blades available over here!
