I placed a Mud Mutt order last year (then forgot about it) and said in the comments that I would be out of the USA until June. I wanted the other buyers to get their order before me - since mine would just be sitting in the box.

To my surprise, obligations piled up again, I didn't make it home for Fathers' Day, and I got a note from Renee telling me that my order was sitting in Ohio waiting for my return. After a few short emails back and forth, Renee asked that I let the Scrap Yard know when I would be back so that my package would arrive when I did.

I have heard of great customer service but Scrap Yard has achieved a new level. So a big "Thank You" to the Yard, and especially Renee, from me.
