As far as I know, ANYONE can take pics; it's just that usually one or two of the re-sellers are the ones taking pictures. They just don't want the prices they pay known; it makes it easier to mark up their purchases and re-sell for a profit. This past Spring a picture with the actual price from Busse for a particular model was posted. I commented in a thread that I was shocked those guys were marking up the knife price by $150.00; this started a big battle at Bladeforums and earned me two infractions.
