It's funny. I don't have an issue dropping $200 on a good blade from the Yard or Swamp, but my wife can't understand my wanting to drop $200 for some decent kitchen blades...and I'm the one who uses them the most in the kitchen! Still stuck with the cheap Tramontina set we got for our wedding and a few $20 knives I've been able to sneak in under the radar. The Scrap Max is the only REAL blade in the lot and I'm sure my wife would string me up if she knew what it cost grin
