If your order is simple, i.e., one knife, you can just add the standard shipping to the knife cost and paypal it. I had some of the same concerns being discussed in this thread so I figured I would just Paypal Patti, send an email saying I did it, and make life simpler for everyone. I figured as busy as Patti must be, saving her a little time with Paypal would be good for us all. Worst case she calls and you tell her you already paid. My two bits.
