When I smashed my face on lava rock in Hawaii I refused the Lydocain and had 130+ stitches without it. I never hurt at all, needle felt funny pulling the skin and all.

I taped it up and went on, not because I'm particularly tough, I'm just scared to death of needles!!! You Sir Ted are officically THE MAN!!!


I'm not that tough either, it's just that Lydocain shots hurt me MORE than the stitching procedure does. Well, actually the stitches don't hurt me, the Lydocain shot does. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
