A true Scandi grind is too weak for my uses.

I prefer a refined, thin convexed egde, which performs much the same, only with a stronger edge.

I know that a Scandi grind can be slightly convexed, put is it a ture scandi then?

To me, a true Scandi only have the primary bevel, and I have had too many of those fail on me.


Having only one pancake, leaves more room for bacon!
