i'll be honest, that was a pain in the hind quarters. easy to explain, hard to execute. since there are no holes in the sheath you just fold the paracord in half and hang it over the tip end of the sheath as far from the guard side as you want it to extend. on the back of the sheath, in the center, begin wrapping it strider-style and work your way toward the guard side. it's difficult because you have to keep it extremely tight and don't let it slip around. when you make it to the mouth, tie a knot at that point and bring the excess to the belt loop. tie the best knot you can to secure it there. it can still slip off at the end which will destroy the whole thing, much like pulling a thread from a sweater. i used a pair of color matching zip ties to secure it further. one on each side of the twists on the back of the sheath.

it's a chore and if it came apart (which it probably won't) i wouldn't do it again. your time is better invested studying your school books. sorry, but it's true.
