So I was at work yesterday and saw a dirty pallet which were what I was looking for to start my review with. With such a thin edge I wanted to see what type of damage would be induced to the apex from the dirt. I decided to use most of the pallet and check for damage in between but could not see any damage visible. Also there were a few knots and I made use of them by hitting them on purpose. After I was done I quickly cleaned the edge to check for damage but there were nothing. Last night I quickly cleaned the edge on my leather belt stropping it with 10 passes on each side and it was back to a high level of sharpness. The 1111 handles much better now due to the amount of metal that were grounded off. The standard 1111 were way to heavy and edge was extremely thick.
Review to be continued.......
