Which of those 4 ceramic rods do you find most useful?

I'll prolly be using to sharpen.. VG10, S30V.. and various kitchen knives..

The Sharpmaker only comes with the Medium and Fine grit. The others are sold seperately. But they both work great. For the first sharpening I always use the Medium rods to reprofile the secondary bevel at 30 degrees then put the primary bevel at 40. After that I just touch the knife up on the Fine grit at 40 any time it needs it. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />
