this morning's paper revealed that the claims made by out police dept last december about violent crime going down in the city were blatant lies. it has actually gone up 9% since last year.
there are a lot of really poor people here who live next to a lot of really wealthy people. violence is bound to occur.
of course, firearms are illegal in the city, so that opens a whole other can of worms.
