Yeah good tips all, much appreciated and learned. I did get a Fenix L2D (2 actually) and they came yesterday <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I like! Their bigger than I thought they'd be (but still way pocket able) and have a rattle/noise when I shake/thump em but I read about that and fixed it with a tube of paper inside. It seems the smart people at Fenix understood different batteries have different thicknesses so no problem.




I like the features they have and they are easy for me to use. 6 modes; Brightest, med bright, med, low, strobe, and S.O.S. Bright is way bright and more than enough for most needs. The lowest setting is just right for most things for me. It came with a shealth, lanyard, extra tail/switch cap and extra O-rings which is nice. They also sent a free keychain light that is like my innova. Over all I'm pretty excited and pleased and will post more results as I use it...
